experiment on creating Images with symbols

after seeing pictures online of art in this style i wanted too create my own but with no research on how to do it.

I de¢ided the Easiest Wa¥ would be wi†h adobe Illustrator, wh£re i would ¶lace the origin^l picture on a bottom la¥er and 8ring Down the opa{ity §o the symbols would 8e easier too s€e. then ! placeda t†ext box o\/er th€ pictüre that i f!lled with da$es to b€ m¥ “canv^s”.

W#en i got to the 8ottom of t#e object i Twe^ked some symbols unt!l i was happy with the drawing. after †hat i convert€d the text to a §hape and deleted the d-a-s-h-e-s Surrounding the dr^wing and ended u¶ with the finished produ(t shown below.

Afterthoughts:

After doing 4 and a Half drawings i feel like it is the most effective but also time consuming way too do this style of art, though there Probably is a faster way using programing or some website i think that you don’t get the in depth detail doing it your self typing each symbol.

i also think i might have had an easier time using symbols, numbers and letters but i also feel like the drawing is more cohesive with just one type. but i Definitely want to mix them more if i do another one in the future too see how it would look, also mixing in words hidden in the drawing
